    Town Centre Citroën are an authorised retailer of new and approved used Citroën cars and vans, parts, accessories, service and repairs.

    What We Did-

    Town Centre Citroën approached Internetware after identifying a number of problems with existing site. Areas of particular concern for the Citroën dealership were complicated content management, out dated design and a lack of focus on usability. This gave us a great opportunity exhibit our flare for design and our astuteness in understanding how people use the internet. After a lengthy pitch and several mockup iterations, Internetware were selected to build TCC's new site.

    Open to suggestions on the direction the design should follow, we immediately decided to break the mold of traditional dealership websites and give their customers a completely fresh and innovative user experience. As car dealership websites often fall into the trap of using the 'hard sell' strategy, succumbing to bright flashing buttons, cluttered special offers and convoluted navigation, we wanted to give TCC a leading edge and a site that would stimulate interest and encourage enquiries.

    Unfortunately, due to conflicting interest with Citroën's franchise policies, TCC were only able to use the site for 1 year. However during this time they enjoyed an increase in online attention and found using our custom CMS  saved them time and increased productivity in the web marketing team.
